About Me
Hi, my name is Kimberley. I live with my partner and 2 teenage children (15 & 13) in the Middleton area of Manchester. We are also lucky enough to share our home with our dog Lulu and 2 bunnies, Bella and Rosie.
I am currently awaiting Ofsted authorisation to officially become a registered childminder. I am PREREGISTERED at present but I am hoping to be up and running by September 2021.
I am a registered paediatric nurse with 10 years experience, working with sick and premature babies both clinically and within the education setting. I have completed the Introductory training course into childminding (ofsted recognised) and I will be fully up to date with paediatric first aid, children’s safeguarding and food hygiene.
I aim to offer a home from home environment for children, following the early years framework to help children develop and learn effectively. I will incorporate all 7 areas of learning into each day using a variety of activities and outings.
I hope to offer full time and part time places as well as school drop off and pick ups if required. Providing funded childcare to 2, 3 and 4 years olds is also something I hope I can offer.

Registered Paediatric Nurse, with 10 years experience working with sick/premature babies and full term newborn babies. I have worked both clinically and within the education sector nursing.
I have a son of 15 years so I have a my own personal experience with children.
