About Me
I am writing up my dissertation for my PhD in Medical Sciences, which I studied at the University of Aberdeen. I am starting the PGDE course in Primary Education (this will qualify me as a primary school teacher) this August.
My Experience
I have worked with lots of children at the Aberdeen Science Centre (previously Satrosphere Science Centre), explaining complex scientific ideas and making learning fun. I have also volunteered at local primary schools and gained experience in the classrooms - I have a very good idea of how the Curriculum for Excellence works.
My Qualifications
BSc (Hons) Biomedical Sciences (Developmental Biology) - 1st Class degree
Currently studying: PhD (Medical Sciences)
My Availability
I am available most of the time, however will be looking to work part-time hours. I will be able to travel to your location within reason.
