My Experience

I have lots of childcare experience from raising 3 children of my own. I also play a big part in raising my 3 wonderful grandchildren. In the past myself and my Husband have been registered foster parents and have helped many children along the way. In recent years i have been an after school Nanny with 2 separate families who will provide lovely references, this was alongside a part time role as a nursery cook. my time with the children was spent in many different ways: As a nanny, i would carry out school pick ups, take the children to and from after school activities, play games and take the children to the park, cook healthy meals and provide nutritious snacks.
within the nursery setting, I would provide a range of healthy meals to cater to dietary and religious requirements. i also often implemented group cooking activities and help the children at meal times. i am looking to fulfil a new role within a family setting.
