About Me
Part/ full-time nanny. EYFS Tutor. I am a very caring and creative person who will try to help children learn through play. I am a university graduate that has been working towards getting a QTS (qualified teacher status) in order to work in primary schools. I have worked with children in nurseries using the EYFS and have planned and conducted observations for their parents and Ofsted to help monitor their development.
My Experience
I have studied Education at university for a year and am currently planning on doing my masters in the form of a PGCE in primary education to qualify as a primary school teacher. I have had a job as a nanny for 3 years where I was looking after two children aged 6 and 12 ,then I went onto being a carer for a year for someone who had special needs. After that I also worked in two different nurseries as a nursery practitioner and have looked after children aged 6 months to 4 years where had the role of a key worker and was assigned key children. I have also been a tutor and have taught a small class of upto 6 children KS1 and KS2 English and Maths. I am currently looking for a nannying or babysitting job that would aid me in working towards my PCGE.
