About Me
Hi! My name is Abi! I have two little boys, Isaac who is four and in reception and Theodore who is 19 months old at home with me. I am a full time stay at home mum and I would love to help another mum/dad in need too.
At our home we try to practice montessori methods and learning through play. Isaac and Theo also love being creative and playing outdoors in the garden. I think it is important to have time outside and I would also be happy with taking children to the local library and on days out if permitted too.
I am available to start now and happy to work long term until Theo reaches school age. Our house is in Hillside and the previous owner worked in childcare so the property has been assessed by Ofstead. I have been DBS checked for the PTFA at school and I am looking to complete a childminding course.
My Experience
I worked as an aupair on two occasions, once in Italy and once in Australia. In Italy I looked after two litgle girls full time Emma age 3 and Asia age 5. In Australia I looked after Jessica age 6 and Eloise age 9. I did the school run and also helped with homework until 5.30pm.
I have full time experience with babies as I looked after Isaac through maternity and through to 14 months old and Theodore from birth until 19 months currently.
My Qualifications
I am looking to take a first aid course if this would make mums feel more comfortable.
My Availability
I am available 8.15-5.30 through the week.
