Yana looked after my sister while I was out one evening. She was very communicative and punctual on arrival. Even though my sister won’t speak English, Yana tried her best to entertain her and keep her pleased . By the end of the day my sister was very happy with her therefore was also satisfied with her services. Thanks Yana
