I have worked for Milton Keynes Council as a support worker for children with learning special needs, Autism and challenging behaviour for 13 years, and due to hard working, my passion and dedication, i progressed to a shift leader which requires organisation skills, and team player. Previously I have done agency work from the year 2000. I have worked with adults mental health 3 years children of all ages there after. I am an excellent communicator. I pride myself on making sure people have the right information because it drives better results especially when you are dealing with children and young adults with all different level of care.
