Hi, I am in my third year of a Psychology integrated masters and looking for babysitting and childcare jobs over the summer (in either Birmingham or Hertfordshire). I am friendly and approachable, having nannied for the last two years, and will make extra effort to build a relationship with your child/children.
My Experience
Since lockdown I have homeschooled for a family of 3 children whilst their parents work, one of which has SEND. This has included ensuring all school work and homework is completed and understood during term time, but also cooking meals and taking them to, or creating, activities during holidays and after school. I also have experience as a mentor for disadvantaged students, studying psychology where I practised building rapport with these individuals. I have been regularly babysitting since I was 16. I took a year out of university, where I provided after school care for a family and loved every second.
My Qualifications
I have 10 GCSE's - A*-A
I have 3 A levels in psychology (A*), geography (A*) and biology (A)
I am adolescent mental health first aid trained, and have also completed GDPR training.
I am a university student, studying Psychology and Psychological Practise (4th year in September 2023)
