My name is Katy, I have worked with children since 2016 and would never look back. I enjoy watching children grow and strive in life to their full potential. I have some experience with SEN children 1:1 as I currently work with some in my current nursery, using visuals, workstations and attention bucket.
My Experience
I currently work within a nursery setting as a deputy manager and room leader of a preschool room. I have worked in nurseries since 2016 starting from an apprentice level to qualified level 3. I am currently studying for my level 5 in childcare. I enjoy watching children grow and blossom into their own little characters. I love setting out messy activities, providing learning opportunities and listening to all their little stories they love to tell. I also help teach a local kickboxing class to ages 7 to 12, coaching them around self defence and working towards their next belt.

I have a level 3 in childcare and currently studying for my level 5.
