Hello lovely families!
I’m a final year university student and will be moving back to the the Yeovil/Sherborne area in June. I am looking for a family/families to build up my contacts in the area during school holidays with a view to have regular (or semi regular) hours with. As of March this year I am first aid certified and have an enhanced DBS check.
In my spare time I love to go on walks (especially with my dog!), baking, reading and spending time with my friends. Recently I have began working as a housekeeper in a residential home, so would be happy to assist with household tasks in your home. As of March 2023 I have began driving lessons and hope to be driving by the summer!
My Experience
Babysitting - various (December - April 2023)
- sole charge of two children (7 & 9) for a full day (8AM-6PM)
- cooking lunch
- engaging the children with activities, we had a fun time building some impressive gingerbread trains!

Au Pair - Lecce, Italy (September - December 2022)
Live in childcare for two children (5 and 1). Some of my responsibilities included:
- preparing the children for school in the mornings
- collecting the children after school and staying with them until dinner time
- taking the oldest to her dance class
- teaching the children english
Mother’s Help - Yeovil, Somerset (July - September 2021)
I was a Mother’s Help to a local family with 3 children (5 and twins 1 y/o). Some of my responsibilities included:
- taking the twins out on walks in the buggy
- assisting with meal times
- taking care of the children independently while the parents worked
- occasional dog walking/care while the family went on holiday
I have also done some occasional babysitting in the evenings when I have been home from university.

- We would watch films, play games or do activities before they went to bed
My Qualifications
I have completed a 12 hour paediatric first aid course and am in the process of obtaining a childcare diploma.
