I’m outgoing going reliable and creative. I have loads of of ideas regarding child and love sharing my knowledge. I have older children so I have experienced my own share of the different stages children have as my son is nearly an adult now.
I love cooking reading and enjoying the outside. I like to keep busy visiting new places and different cultures.
My Experience
I have many years of working in different child care sectors with different aged children from 3 months - 5 years with a range of different needs and cultural back grounds.
Working in a state school for over 12 years within the early years classes and the private sector for 6 years from birth to 5 years allows me to have a greater knowledge with different age groups.
I have studied nvq level 3 in child care and early years education level 5 and many in house courses such as safe guarding autism and understanding and many others
I am also qualified with basic makaton.
I have older children of my own which is always the best experience to have as I have an understanding of a parent along with the worries parents have and concerns and as my son is almost an adult I have gained the knowledge and life skills that is needed when caring for children.
I am very hands on and love watching children learn caring for children isn’t just a job it is a passion I have always been in the child care industry from the age of sixteen and also lived in a home where my mother child minded.
So from changing nappies caring to teaching phonics this is my forte.
