About Me
I am currently a student of English and History of Art at the University of Nottingham and I am looking for part-time work as a babysitter in the city. I am a very gentle, kind and sensible individual with a natural affinity with children. Non-smoker, doesn’t drive, good with pets.
My Experience
I took up a job as an au pair in South Tyrol, Italy, during my gap year. For four months I provided care for 2 boys aged 1 and 3. I also have two young brothers of my own, who are now 4 and 6, but I have been babysitting them since they were newborns. References are available.
My Qualifications
I have no formal babysitting or childcare qualifications. I am however, TEFL/TESL qualified and so am able to provide tutoring if necessary.
My Availability
As a university student, my hours are relatively flexible and I am free most evenings and weekends. However, I may also be available some weekdays depending on how my timetable looks. I occasionally visit my family home at weekends, and of course during holidays, so I cannot always guarantee consistent availability, but I will always make sure that the family is aware when I am unavailable well in advance.
