I am a fun and caring person and love looking after children. I am honest and reliable and I am very happy to help with organising activities for children and helping them with homework, as well as doing cleaning and housework. I would be looking for part-time work along side my studies at university and would be able to provide flexible hours, before and after school or during the day or evenings.
My Experience
I have had 1-2 years experience looking after young children, including picking up from school, helping with homework, organising activities, preparing meals and helping with housework. I have mainly looked after primary aged children, but would also be comfortable looking after teenagers as well. I would be able to provide references on request.
Specific Experience
I worked for a family with 5 children aged 11, 8, 4, 0 and 0 for 16 months (Feb 2020 - May 2021), helping with school drop offs/pick ups, as well as after school and holiday childcare. I also contributed to housework, including cleaning, cooking and laundry.
I worked for a family with 2 children aged 5 and 7 for 6 months (Jan 2020 - June 2020), providing after school care, including organising activities, helping with home work and online school, as well as preparing meals for them. I also looked after them in the holidays, where we went out for day trips and outings.
My Qualifications
I don't have formal childcare qualifications, but have had experience working with a family of 5 children for 16 months and family of 2 children for 6 months, including childcare and housework responsibilities.
My Availability
I have flexible working hours during the week and could be available on some weekends.
