My Experience
I have worked in Riverside School for many years and have become a valued member of the team and school community. My role as a High-Level Teaching Assistant has meant over the years I have been entrusted with many aspects of the day-to-day arrangements needed for the school to operate on a daily basis. Including working with those with behavioral challenges, profound multiple learning difficulties and autistic children. On a daily basis I provide a stimulating environment for the children proving my organisational skills are second to none. Because of my care and attention to detail I have worked with the lead teacher to develop personlised education plans and classroom plans for the months ahead. I regularly perform one on one targeted learning with pupils which falls in line with the national curriculum. I also had to ensure that as a team we collaborated with parents to meet the needs of their child. I always hit the ground running if a complex issues arises and I am not afraid of the challenge and communicating to serval stakeholders should a matter need to be escalated.
