My Summary
About Me
Please note that I am ONLY available between 10am-3pm, Monday-Friday*
Looking for part time morning/midday/early afternoon work.
Feel free to message me and I'll be happy to discuss further.
With over four years of hands-on experience in early years education and private family support, I bring a rich blend of creativity, compassion, and professional expertise to the role. While I’ve worked across diverse settings—including private households, mental health organisations, corporate environments and nurseries—my true passion lies within early years education and making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families.
Throughout my career, I have taken pride in creating engaging, child-led environments where curiosity is nurtured, individuality is celebrated, and learning feels like play. As a Sole Charge Nanny and Room Leader, I have supported children ranging from infants to school age, planning enriching activities that support their development in alignment with the EYFS framework. Whether building dens, guiding outdoor exploration, or organising arts and crafts sessions, I approach each day as an opportunity to foster creativity, build resilience, and instil a love for learning.
My qualifications include a Level 3 Diploma for the Children's Workforce (Early Years Educator) and a Level 4 Certificate for the Early Years Advanced Practitioner. These, along with my ongoing studies in Health and Social Care Management, have deepened my understanding of childhood development, safeguarding, and inclusive care practices. In every role, I prioritise open communication with parents, encouraging partnership and trust to ensure children thrive both in the setting and at home.
In addition to childcare duties, I have supported children with complex needs, including ADHD and Type 1 Diabetes, demonstrating patience, adaptability, and attentiveness in all circumstances. My time at the Anna Freud National Centre for Children and Families further strengthened my commitment to child-centred care, advocacy, and emotional well-being.
My Experience
I hold a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification, a Level 4 Advanced Practitioner Certificate, and I’m Paediatric First Aid certified. With a clean UK driver’s licence and a can-do spirit, I’d be delighted to plan adventures, support learning, and make sure the days are filled with fun, purpose, and plenty of fresh air. Whether it’s whipping up nutritious meals with the children, helping with school projects, or leading outdoor play with boundless energy—I do it all with a smile and a caring heart.
I believe being a nanny is more than a job—it’s a calling.
