About Me
Hiya! I'm Ellen, I am a qualified Early Years teacher and am currently working in a Year 1 class. I am looking for babysitting work in the evenings and weekends (can offer more time during school holidays).
I have worked across schools in Manchester mainly with 3-6 age range. Coming from a big family myself, I have always loved working with and being around children.
Being a bookworm myself this has led into me having a deep love of books and sharing this with all children so I am always armed with an array of books! I have a passion for early years and all things play, I have little cousins so spend lots of time with them outside of work. I am a big family person and a foodie, I also love being outdoors and going for walks.
My Experience
I have been a qualified Early Years teacher for 3 years now, so have lots of experience in looking after and teaching little ones. The bulk of my teaching experience has been within the 3-5 age range as this is where my passion lies, however I have experience teaching up to age 11. Additionally, I had a part time job over school holidays in which I would work at a holiday club looking after 3-8 year olds doing crafts and fun activities. I have also had a part time job working at a nursery caring for children aged 9 months - 5 years old.
I strive to be warm, fun and nurturing in any environment which I am looking after children.

My Availability
I am free to offer babysitting for families who need a bit of help on weekends and an occasional evening if it can fit around my work schedule.
During school holidays I am free a lot more so just message me for details about this.
