About Me
My name is Lavinia Band I am 22 years old, currently living in seal with my 2 year old daughter. I am a fun and friendly person and I have a real passion for being active and helping my daughter to develop and explore the world! Being a single mum I have found it hard to find the balance between working enough to afford child care without working so much that I never spend quality time with my daughter. I would love to find a great family to work with and build relationships with whilst bringing my daughter along with me to engage with the family aswell. I am currently working as a receptionist in a local salon however this job isn’t an area I feel like I can progress in or have a real passion for. I would love to work with kids and support a family with day to day life.
My Experience
Most of my experience comes from raising my daughter all by myself, an experience which I have really loved, through all the ups and downs! My lovely daughter has taught me so much about life and myself and I would love to use everything I have learnt in my role as a nanny. I also have younger siblings and a nephew whom I have very close relationships with. All children are so different and require different attention, I would work hard to support each child in a way that works best for them. My daughter attends nursery 3 mornings a week which is something we both really enjoy. I have really engaged with her nursery life and have built some really strong friendships with other parent and my daughters care givers.
My Qualifications
I currently have no qualifications in nannying only that I am a single mum of a 2 year old girl offering mother’s help or to be a full time nanny.
