I have extensive experience in caring for children and young people spanning over 25 years. I am a lone parent and understand the importance of trusting and individual to care for children in a safe, loving and nurturing way.
My Qualifications
I have a social work qualification and a SVQ level III In caring for children and young people In my professional capacity I managed a residential unit for Young People and I currently lecture in Health and Social Care.
I also work for family journeys as a family connections worker supporting family’s through divorce and separation.
I am trained in all aspects of care.
Personally I have two children aged 22 and 15.
My youngest son is transgender, I have also got personal experience of ASD.
I am a positive, compassionate caring person, who is genuine and patient.
