Hi! As you know I’m Darla and I’m 20 years old. I’m currently a uni student at Newcastle University and I study Biomedical sciences but I am originally from Chester. I enjoy working with children and would love to continue doing so during uni.
My Experience
I have been a gymnastics coach since the age of 14 for both girls and boys aged from 4 to 15 so I have a lot of experience working with children. This includes working with children with a variety of special needs (from children with Down syndrome, to autism and those with more physical disabilities) who require additional attention. I also have done work experience at Tarvin Primary School as a teaching assistant for several weeks which involved giving the children who needed it some additional help with their work.
My Qualifications
No childcare qualifications, only experience. I have gymnastics coach and DBS check.
