Hi, my name is Lindsay and I am a fully qualified Primary Teacher based in North Lanarkshire. I have been teaching for 8 years and am currently the Principal Teacher within my school.
I am able to offer tutoring for P1-7 children for all subjects across the curriculum.
I would assess your child’s needs and provide personalised learning experiences to support them in achieving the required goals.
I would work to develop a positive relationship with your child and ensure each session was supportive, enjoyable and tailored to your child’s learning style.

I contacted Lindsay after attending parents evening for my 5 year old after the teach indicated he was behind in his reading. Lindsay provided a phone consultation first and to obtain more information after my initial contact and listened to my concerns. Lindsay then met with child to assess where he was in his reading journey and developed a plan to improve upon his current level. This also included contacting the school and getting more information on areas to focus on.
I can't recommend Lindsay enough - she helped address my worries as I was concerned getting told he was quite far behind his peers. My child has really taken to her too and enjoys the tuition sessions, which she makes fun. My child's interim report card also indicates that his reading development is now on track after a few short months.
