Hey,
I’m Iman, 21 years old and currently a university student in Birmingham. I’m been looking for a flexible part time job to help me out during university and hopefully help families too. I understand how stressful parenthood can be and sometimes you need a break to focus on yourself.
Although I have no formal childcare qualifications, I’m the eldest of 5 and have experience with toddlers and older kids too, as well as casual babysitting for family friends.
I’ve been told that I’m good with kids and they seem to like me too.
I appreciate that every family has their individual dynamics and beliefs and I’m non-judgemental and respectful. I tend to lean towards the gentle parenting approach, as I believe children are capable of more than we give them credit for and need guidance learning how to deal with their emotions.
I’m willing to work with your individual values and boundaries as a family and can assure you I will respect them.
