I am a 44 year old mum, wife and qualified teacher and Assistant Head with over 20 years teaching experience. I am highly creative, enjoy doing arts and crafts activities with children, love books, walks with my dogs, movies, yoga, swimming, meditation and quality time with my family and friends. I have a warm, gregarious personality with a great sense of humour, strong emotional intelligence and the ability to build rapport quickly with different people. I am passionate about teaching, education and wellbeing.
My Experience
I have over 20 years teaching experience at primary level having taught both key stage one and two. I have taught a number of children with special educational needs and led on the curriculum. I also have over 10 years tutoring experience at SATS and GCSE English level with excellent results. I have carried out babysitting regularly for neighbours and friends. I also have experience in teaching English to speakers of other languages.
