About Me
I have been a Primary Teacher for over 13 years. I have enjoyed every single year that I have taught and this is purely because of my passion for teaching and helping children achieve their best and beyond. Fortunately, over the past few years I have become Phase Leader at a large school in West London. I have been apart of a team who gained 100% in their Phonics Screening in Year 1 and was congratulated by MP Nick Gibb on such an achievement. I love when I see the light bulb moment in a child, I love to make learning stick in their minds forever, I love when a child is proud of their achievements.
My Experience
I have taught in Key Stage 1 and Lower Key Stage 2 over the past 10+ years. I have been Year Group leader for a 4 form entry school. In the last few years, I have been Phase Leader for Key Stage 1 in a 4 form entry school in West London. I have led our team to achieving higher than average results.
My Qualifications
I have a BA Honours in Sociology and a PGCE with QTS in Primary Education.
My Availability
I am available after school during the week between 3-5:30
