About Me
We are a family of 5 living less than a mile from Huntly (despite app saying Kennethmont). We have 3 children (ages 5, 3 and 1) and a friendly Labrador. My husband and I both work from home.
My Requirements
We are looking for long term childcare, 2 (possibly 3) days a week as sadly due to ill health our much loved nanny is no longer able to work.
We have some flexibility with days but ideally Wednesday and Friday from 9.30 - 5.30 The two older children are at nursery 9-3 so the role mainly involves care for our 1 year old (who takes a 2 hr nap) and after school care for all 3. Occasional weekend work and additional hours in the holidays is available too.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is kind, caring and loves to play
- Has own transport due to location
- Has experience of babies and toddlers
- Is First Aid trained (we’d be happy to pay for this if you don’t already have training)
- Can prepare basic meals for children and tidy up with them (no other cleaning or household chores required)
- Enjoys being outside, crafting, imaginative play and has a good sense of fun!
