About Me
I am a 24 year old woman with a passion for childcare. I enjoy spending time visiting my family and friends. My hobbies include shopping, baking, going to the gym and reading. I have always wanted to work in childcare and since graduating have gained experience in lots of different age groups. I am currently the deputy room leader of the baby room in the nursery I am employed by. There is nothing I love more than being such a big part of children’s growth and development.
My Experience
I have over 2 years experience in childcare since graduating from my Early Childhood Studies Degree. I have experience with all ages up to 5 and am currently studying part time to gain my teacher status which will allow me to work with children up to age 8.
My Qualifications
I have 8 GCSEs graded B and above (including English, maths and science).
I have double Health and Social award (BC) and photography (B) A-levels.
I have an upper second class degree in Early Childhood Studies.
I am qualified as a beginner in Makaton.
I am currently studying for my EYITT (early years initial teacher training).
My Availability
I am currently employed full time (Tuesday-Friday 8-6pm) and am available all day Saturday, Sunday and Monday. However I am open to leaving my employment for a 30+ hour nannying position.
