My Experience
Have a 10 & 11 year old niece and nephew, grew up watching them and lived with them for a couple of months so have experience babysitting them. Started a HNC Childhood Practice course, where I had work experience in a Primary 3 class. Also volunteered for Brownies.
Worked at a summer camp in 2019 as a general counsellor looking after 12 11/12 year old girls. This included staying in the same bunk as them, waking them up, taking them to activities, making sure their issues were dealt with promptly, along with getting them to sleep at night.
Also worked as a group counsellor in 2023 at a NY Summer Camp, with my kids being aged 11-12.
