About Me
Hi, I'm Josie, I have been a nanny on and off for 12 years. Finishing up work as a teaching assistant in the next few weeks and looking to go back to what I love. Looking for 3 days work, flexible hours but something like 8.30- 5 ish. I would like a position in an out going household. I'm a muck in type outdoorsy person with good communication and a happy reliable person. I have one little boy who is in reception. Location wise, cullompton, Exeter or Wellington or anywhere in between would be great!
My Experience
I have worked as an emergency nanny and a nanny for a family for 4 years in London, I started out as an au pair when I was 19 in France. I have looked after a variety of children from birth to teens. I really enjoy the variety of days the job brings, I'm tidy, easy going and efficient and also love the outdoors and the beach! I have a son and step children, we all love being outdoors and being active.
My Qualifications
I have no formal qualifications but I have lots of lovely references from all my wonderful families. I have a CRB and I am currently looking into doing my first aid certificate refreshers course. With my current Teaching Assistant role I have completed numerous safe guarding training, autism training, I specialised in SLC, speech communication and language and screened children for these extra needs. I enjoy my current role but prefer working within families and with individuals.
My Availability
Preferably 3 days a week. Approx 20 hours. Very flexible. Ticked all 5 days, but 3 out of 5 would be preferred.
