About Me
Hi ? I'm almost 38 with 2 children. My youngest is 5 and in FS2 at school. My eldest has flown the nest which leaves me with extra time to fulfil the mothering nature I have to care and look after children.
I am patient and have the ability to stay present in the moment, which enables me to be incredibly attuned to the needs of people around me. I am motivated and consistent in my roles, I enjoy listening to concernd and calming frustrations seeing things through to a clear resolution. ?
Children are challenging and need attention and nurturing, I am support a child's needs during the time with me.
Caring for children is natural and I am kean to see people progress and grow. Teaching children skills and encouraging them to learn through play is my main goal throughout the day. Planning and assessing will be my main priority. I will try to be flexible and provide a service which can suit parents with jobs that don't fit the usual 9-5pm profile.
My Experience
Having raised 2 children of my own I have experience first hand the trials and tests we go through as parents. Also throughout the years I have been a helping hand to my family and friends. I worked for a childcare company as an assistant childminder for a short period of time. I gained experience on how the daily routine and structure is worked in a Home Based setting. I have been a volunteer for school fairs and helped out in the community when needed. I would like to continue gaining experience with children in this job role.

My Availability
I have a child to get to school for 8.30am, if the child I am caring for requires school drop off and school arrival time is between 8.30-8.45am and the school is local I can do the drop off and collection for 3.15pm. Afterschool is an option up to 6pm.
I can care for a child from 8am up to 6pm if required. Shorter times are available for morning or afternoon sessions.
