About Me
Hi! My name is Maddy and I'm currently studying at Lancaster University, working towards my degree in Theatre and Creative Writing. I like to think of myself as bubbly personality, and enjoy spreading positivity to others wherever I can. I have one older sister who also works as an au-pair over in Canada, so get to hear lots of exciting stories about what it is like over there!
My Experience
I have previously worked in sectors that allow me to interact with children of many ages, one of these being a Summer School Activity Leader, where I was responsible for organising and carrying out activities with international students, whose ages range from 8-17. I have also been a Christmas Elf, which also allowed me to learn a much more calming approach to interacting with children. This consisted of either building their confidence to speak with Santa in the grottos, or assisting them in either supervised or independent play in the toy-shop, creating a comfortable but also outgoing environment for them.
My Qualifications
9 GCSE's achieved in grades 4-9
3 A-Level's achieved in grades A-C
My Availability
I usually attend University on Wednesday mornings (9am-11am), as well as a full day of lectures on Thursdays (12pm-6pm). Otherwise, I have full availability throughout the week and I am happy to work around your schedule! I don't tend to involve myself in the night-out culture of University, so I am available early mornings over weekends as well as weekdays.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £9.00 per hour
I am happy to not request high fees, as I am aware I do not have previous experience with being a nanny, however a fee that would be able to cater to a student living would be wonderful!
