My Experience
After working in Health and Social care for 15 years, I decided to retrain, and attended the University of Portsmouth to study childhood and youth and during this time spent two years working in a nursery specialising in SEN and also volunteered in a special support school. After leaving I ran my own home nursery business for two years before reducing my hours to offer a more ad-hoc childcare.
