In my own time, I enjoy house renovation, creating art, dance, yoga, wild swimming, walking, gardening, cooking and foraging, gigs, time with friends and family.

My Experience
I have 25 years experience of working with children from pre natal to 18. I have worked as a school counsellor, a support worker in a mother and baby unit, an after school club play worker, residential support worker, parenting consultant, youth worker, babysitter, therapeutic children’s yoga facilitator. I have experience working with asc/adhd and conducting therapeutic assessments. My area of specialism has been complex trauma and working somatically with individuals and groups.
I work with compassion and without judgment to support individuals and families practically and emotionally.
I’m also a mother of two older children (12 and 17) although I have had no formal training I have supported friends as a birth partner and with their feeding choices.
As a mother and experienced professional, I feel I cover a wide range of support needs with a relaxed and calm approach and am confident to turn my hand at most things.
Professional development: I am currently working on an accredited children’s yoga training and already have a pilot therapeutic yoga group in a primary school to address trauma and healing.
My Qualifications
Level 4 diploma in therapeutic counselling
Btec Nat Cert in social care
I’m addition, I have over 300 hours of professional development training.
My Availability
I am currently available Wednesday, Thursday, Friday eve and Saturday 7:30 through to 9am Sunday morning. I am hoping to increase availability.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £20.00 per hour
I charge £20ph for daytime hours which are 7:30am-10pm.
Any hours after 10pm are charged at £30ph.
For overnight/sleep in care, I charge on an individual basis.
