About Me
Hello, my name is Anna and I am a medical student with the University of Nottingham, and I am looking for some part-time work over summer and holidays. I am 20 years old, I live at home with my parents and my brother and my little dog. I enjoy spending time with my dog and taking her to the beach and parks, and I enjoy embroidery. I am a volunteer with Age Concern, where I have a phone call with an elderly person at risk of loneliness, because I would like to help prevent the negative impact of loneliness on mental and physical health.
My Experience
I am currently babysitting for a family with 2 young children on a relaxed basis, when the parents would like to go out for a couple of hours at the weekend. I previously volunteered with the Childrens' Hospice, and entertained and supervised children to allow the healthcare staff to write up notes. I have worked with children aged a few months to children with special needs aged 14. I am currently working with children aged 2 and 4. I studied Child Development at GCSE and recieved at A* in this topic, and was one of the top students in my school in this subject. As a medical student I have studied emergency care in children, and know how to handle choking, CPR, wounds/bleeding and burns/scalds, allergic reactions in infants, toddlers and children.
My Qualifications
While I have no specific childcare qualifications, I am DBS and Access NI checked and studying a medical degree where care of children is covered.
My Availability
Fully flexible, apart from regular overnight stays.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £9.00 per hour
£9 per hour for up to 2 children.
An additional £1 per hour for every child in addition to 2.
For overnight stays, and additional £10 must be added to the standard fee.
