I am a childcare professional with a BA (Hons) in Early Childhood Development and Learning and a Level 6 qualification in Early Years. With over four years of experience working in a school setting, I have supported children across the whole school, from Early Years through to Year 6, providing tailored support to meet their individual needs. I currently work at a school as 1:1 support.
I am skilled in working 1:1 with children, in small groups, and within whole-class environments, making accurate observations and communicating feedback effectively to teachers. I have strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling me to build positive relationships with both children and adults.
I am able to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating initiative, tact, and professionalism. I am dedicated to motivating and encouraging children, fostering their independence, and helping them build confidence and self-esteem through positive recognition and support.
