My Experience
In 2023 and 2022, I worked in a public school, and I believe that my work experience qualifies me for the position. During my time there, I was exposed to a wide range of instructional strategies that will aid me in my ability to assist and counsel others. I formed strong bonds with both students and staff, and I am confident that my capacity for polite, professional communication will enable me to succeed in this position. During this time, I gained a lot of valuable experience working with children and in classrooms. During this time, I was in charge of a variety of duties, such as watching students read and assisting kids who needed more help than others.
I have experience working in numerous SEN schools. The school has given me the most experience that will help me succeed in the future. Working at these institutions has given me the opportunity to develop new skills and pushed me to reach my full potential.
During my eight years at my secondary school, I held leadership positions such as tutor captain, lead mentor, sports captain, form captain, and house captain, all of which required me to mentor students. I was able to take on extra duties including mentoring Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 pupils while attending to all of these tasks. During this time, I was responsible for helping them reach Key Stage 4 by guiding and supporting their development and enabling them to make a positive contribution to the school community.
