About Me
I am friendly and enthusiastic with nearly a decades experience working with children in a variety of settings. My creative and imaginative approach to working with children entertains and stimulates. I regularly work with children from 4-11 years and have developed methods of making learning fun. I have extensive experience of working with additional needs, particularly autism and learning disabilities.
My Experience
Vast experience working with children and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. I am currently employed in a local primary school and volunteer as a Brownie Leader. Previously I have volunteered with a local youth group, supported Home Education groups and worked as a babysitter for children with additional needs. I have worked with nonverbal children and have some experience with PECs and Makaton to support communication needs.
My Qualifications
I have a 2:1 Ba Hons degree in Special Education from the University of East London.
I have recently undertaken The Autism Education Trust 'Schools making Sense of Autism' programme.
I have undertaken many Safeguarding courses spanning over a decade.
I currently hold a paediatric first aid certificate through Girlguiding UK and plan to undertake a further paediatric first aid course through an external provider in the near future.
My Availability
As I work in a primary school I am unavailable during school hours and have increased availability throughout the school holidays.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £10.00 per hour
- Nannying from £12.00 per hour (gross)
Fees begin at £10 per hour for babysitting and £12 per hour as a nanny, these rates are subject to change and increase during unsociable hours such as 12am-5am.
