About Me
Hi, I'm Rachel and I'm an experienced teacher and tutor, currently head of the science and maths faculty at my school. My real passion is tutoring science and maths and watching students grow in their confidence and abilities. I'm very good at what I do - all my students pass and most of them excel. I'm a very friendly and personable tutor, I like to make learning enjoyable and fun and I'm reliable and professional. I've been teaching for over 10 years and tutoring for even longer than that. I tutor online as I find this the most flexible, efficient and effective method to achieve great results so all you need is a laptop and connection to the internet. I specialise in maths and science and, over the years, I have tutored primary-school-aged students through KS2 SATs and 11+ exams. I have also successfully tutored secondary-school-aged students in GCSE science (double award and separate, foundation and higher) and GCSE maths (foundation and higher), across a range of exam boards (OCR, AQA, Edexcel).
My students have a 100% pass rate.
