About Me
Hello. My name is Natasha and I am a mum of two wonderful children; one who is neurodivergent.
I have worked with children since I was old enough to work which has included babysitting, tutoring and teaching.
I have lots of experience with SEN children and worked with a charity who provided respite care for children with severe additional needs as well as supporting children with SEN and adapting the curriculum to suit their own learning needs within a mainstream classroom.
I am a qualified teacher and have worked in a school in Chelmsford for the past 9 years.
I have yearly safeguarding training, I have been trained in trauma perceptive practice and have a children’s first aid certificate as well as certification in behaviour management.
I treat children I work with with kindness and compassion, patience and understanding. I have experience in dealing with challenging behaviours using the TPP approach and truly believe that all behaviours is communication of an unmet need.
I have a fun, engaging and hands on approach to tutoring children and have a wealth of knowledge and resources to adapt to your child’s learning needs.
I am patient, approachable, calm and I love arts and crafts, baking, reading, cooking, as well as outdoor sports and games.

Natasha is warm and friendly and got on really well with our toddler, who as soon as they met, started taking her his toys wanting to share and play with her. It was lovely to see how happy and comfortable he was, as if he'd known her ages.
Natasha took great care of Thomas and kept us updated as to how he was getting on. We would definitely be happy for her to look after our little boy again 😊
