About Me
I am a mum of three children. My youngest is still at primary school. I live across the road from Merryhills Primary school, where my son attends. I am also very near to Grange Park Primary. Therefore I am available for morning drop off and or after school pick up at either school. I can also child mind after school.
My Experience
As well as being a mum to three children, I was a primary school TA for 8 years - 7 at Oakthorpe Primary years. I was also a TA in Cyprus for one year when we relocated between 2015-2016. I have safe guarding and child protection knowledge as well as experience with working with SEN and EAL ( English additional language) children.
I also set up a mother and toddler soft play group with two colleagues, for pre school children. This was a music and movement class called Gympamzeez - we ran from a church in Southgate once a week and built a great following with local parents, unfortunately due to Covid we had to close. Since then I been raising me own three children. My eldest is 18 and will be off to university in September and my younger two are 13 and 10. Due to living so close to two primary schools - I love across the road to Merryhills Primary - I would be available for school drop off and collection; as my son is still at Merryhills Primary School this would work well for me. I have ample space in my home and have a lovely and caring disposition. Happy to provide references and any potential mums are welcome to come and visit me and have a chat. I am paediatric first aid trained and have public liability insurance. Marita x
