About Me
Hi, my name is Leah and I am 16 years old hoping to widen my experience working with children. I know from past experience how difficult it can be to find responsible, experienced and reliable childcare so I am now offering my babysitting services for families in the West Youth area.
Although I am only 16 years old I have loads of experience with children, I’m currently doing a T Level course in college in childcare and education. I have been babysitting for local families in Leeds for about 3 years and been babysitting for family members since I was 10/11.
I am a very energetic, fun and happy person. I love being around children and helping parents have some well deserved time off.
My Experience
My experience with children started when my first niece was born 8 years ago. I now have 3 nieces and 2 nephews, one of my nephews is autistic and has a gastrostomy tube, my oldest niece is also deaf so I have learnt some sign language to communicate better with her (I’m not the best at it).
I have experience of working with children with a range of allergies/medical needs and a variety of additional needs including autism, hearing impaired and other complex needs.
My Qualifications
I don’t have any qualifications as of right now, but loads of experience.
