My Experience

I bring a strong background in childcare and education, with over four years of experience supporting children in a variety of settings. Most recently, I worked for a year as a Teaching Assistant in a specialist school, supporting young people with autism, ADHD, anxiety, and early childhood trauma. My role involved both classroom-based learning and one-on-one support, helping each child feel safe, understood, and engaged in their education.

I also have two years experience as a Residential Support Worker in a children’s home, providing care, structure, and emotional support to young people with complex needs. These experiences have deepened my understanding of trauma-informed care and strengthened my ability to respond calmly and compassionately in challenging situations.

Alongside my professional roles, I have over four years of experience babysitting and nannying for children aged 1 to 11. I’m confident in adapting to different routines, managing busy households, and building warm, trusting relationships with both children and families.

I’m passionate about creating supportive, consistent environments where children feel safe, valued, and free to be themselves.
