I'm a compassionate, caring and enthusiastic individual with a really creative side. I'm looking at getting into childcare as I want a role that fulfills me and I've always found working with children to be one of the most enjoyable things, so I'm trying to get into it as a career!
My Experience
I have previous nursery assistant experience and have experience with my own nieces and nephews. I love creating stories, singing songs, playing made up games and just being a source of constant calm and encouragement to support young people on their own individual journeys in this world.
During my time at the nursery I worked with children ranging from 6 months to 5/6 years. The activities ranged from; supervising the different rooms, engaging with the children via play, nursery rhymes, outdoor play, support with lunch/nap times, nappy duty, providing feedback to children's key workers and parents and providing extra curriculum support (such as early stage Spanish lessons)
My Qualifications
I currently do not hold any qualifications in childcare but I do hold an Undergraduate Degree - English Literature, 2:1
