Hi my names Rebekah, I am a 22 year old girl who thrives in working with children. I believe I am a fun, energetic, friendly, caring, responsible women who enjoys spending my spare time out walking with my dog, Pebbles, and exploring all the world has to offer. My Experience
I have nearly 6 year’s experience working in a nursery setting with preschool (aged 2 3/4 to 4), which I take pride in the knowledge I have for this age range. I have nearly 4 years worth of experience in working with children with special needs, such as autism. I have worked with three children, on different occasions, with autism and other learning difficulties. I have the patience and knowledge to understand each child is different and learns, explore, and copes with emotions in many ways. I also have experience with children with behavioural difficulties. This comes from my experiences within a nursery, around a large number of other children. I have the knowledge and patience to get to know the child and triggers and understand their way of thinking to help support that child’s needs.

English- B.
Maths- Pass.
Arts and design- Merit (equivalent to B).
Child care level 2 and 3.
First aid.
I have taken courses in managing behaviour, autistic children, safeguarding, basic sign language, children’s mental health, understanding children’s emotions, special educational needs, manual handling, encouraging positive behaviour, ADHD, online safety, outstanding practice, effective teaching and learning, equality and diversity, food safety, hygiene.
