This role was part-time. I supported 3 young people with daily tasks, lifestyle and well-being. This included support with college and job applications, cooking, teaching new skills and providing emotional support.
Carer - Warwickshire Living Ltd (Warwick) February 2021 - March 2023
I was a carer for a young man with cerebral palsy. He required support in the evenings after work where I supported with personal care - dressing, tidying up and well-being and wheelchair support. Every Tuesday and Thursday evenings, I would support with teaching him new cooking skills, including dinner for his family and preparing his breakfast & lunch for the next work day. I would also complete the daily log notes for his care.
Lastly, I have had extensive experience taking care of my younger sister. My duties involved; personal care, assisting with reading and homework, cooking meals, school-run, after school activities, holidays and days out etc.

I’m available weekday evenings from 5pm onwards and weekends.
