I'm Natasha (Tash), a passionate and dedicated Nanny/Governess with over 8 years of experience as a nanny and several years’ experience as an early years professional, and child therapist. I take pride in providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to thrive. Using a Montessori approach and Early Years training, I promote and develop childrens milestones using arts and crafts, the outdoors and a prepared environment, to help children grow and develop in a fun, educational way.

My Experience
My journey into education began in Montessori teaching, where I developed a deep appreciation for children's creativity and imagination. I firmly believe in providing children with the freedom of expression, balanced with clear guidelines and boundaries to facilitate a nurturing and structured learning environment. Growing up in South Africa and experiencing the public school system, instilled in me the values of respect, duty, and honesty, which have been my foundation during my career.
During my time running a preschool, I successfully managed staff training, implemented a dynamic outdoor curriculum, and gained valuable experience in early years teaching.
Using these skills with my own children and all the children in my care, has resulted in them becoming respectful, well rounded young adults.
Using my EYFS and Montessori qualifications, I worked alongside a family as a Rota Nanny on a for 8 years.
Transitioning into the hospitality industry, I ran a hotel, honing my skills in estate management, people management, and customer service. This diverse background has equipped me with a comprehensive skill set. .
Driven by a passion for children's mental health, I took the initiative to support those struggling during the lockdown, reflecting my commitment to making a positive impact on young lives.
