Hello! My name is Isidora, I am 27 years old, and I am a maths and physics teacher. I recently relocated from Chile to Edinburgh since my husband is studying for a master's degree at the university.
I am passionate about science, and for that I love planning experiments to entertain children and trying to find creative ways to make learning fun and engaging.
Nature is another passion of mine! Thanks to my mom, who's a botanist, I know a lot about plants and animals. I'd be delighted to take the children to the park, sharing my love for nature and exploring the outdoors together.
Crafting is also a big part of my life. I am very skilled in knitting, sewing, embroidery, macrame, baking, carpentry… you name it! And as a teacher, I'm excited about the idea of teaching these things to children and nurturing their creativity.
Additionally, I am a native Spanish speaker, providing an opportunity for language exposure and learning.
I look forward to the possibility of becoming your babysitter and creating a nurturing and educational environment for your little ones!
My Experience
I have 5 years of experience as a teacher, working with children of all ages, so I will be happy to help with homework if it is necessary. I have also babysat my little brother, younger cousins and nephews for years.
