hiya, my name is DaVena. I’m 18 years old from Wolverhampton. I have been working on and off since i was 16. I have a really big family so I’ve always grown up looking after my younger cousins. I have alot of newborn experience and have worked with children at my old workplace STRIVE.
My Experience
I worked at a childcare company called STRIVE. This was a summer school for children aged 3 - 15. I started working there at the age of 16. I got to learn about what helps a childs development and how to handle their different emotions because they may be small but have alot of emotions and sometimes dont know how to navigate them.
My Qualifications
I am first aid trained. I also have got my training in Heath and safety. I have been working within childcare for 2 years and have been looking after my little cousins for a very long time lol.
