My Experience
I deal with kids since 6yo. As normal family, I grew up with nanny. She is my next door neighbourhood (friendly liked my second mom) before high school. In her house at the same time she was always taking care 1- 4 kids. They are children with different personalities from different families. I was the oldest so I helped her took care of them everyday after school. Also I have few cousins when their parents left them in our grandparents house, we stayed together.
My Qualifications
Not by paper. As above as my experience. I am sorry if I do not have paper qualification for kids.
