About Me

I am a 29 year old female who strives to make a difference in children’s lives. I thoroughly understand that some children struggle within the classroom environment, especially since Covid and realise that some therefore need some additional support. I offer 1:1 tuition, adapted both to children’s age and needs in order to assist them with making progress.

My Experience

I have been teaching for 7 years across the KS2 curriculum. I spent 2 years in year 4, 4 years in year 5 and I am currently working in year 6. During this time I have also tutored many children of varying ages, including KS1 and preparation for the 11+.

My Qualifications

English lead at my current school.
7 years of teaching experience. QTS since 2017 after gaining a 2:1 Bachelor of Education degree from University of Hertfordshire.
3 A-levels A-C
16 GCSE’s A*-C

My Availability

I am available for tutoring most days after school or weekend mornings.
