I basically do a week (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday) then I’m off Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. So I work long hours 8-8 one week then have a week off the next. I can be available from 8pm onwards on an evening.
