My Experience
i have worked in a nursery setting for nearly 14 years, i have worked with aged 6weeks upwards and am a mum myself so have my own experience too. i have experience with a variety of children with addiction needs, children with behavouir needs and have an understand that everyone should be treated as individuals and activities and myself adapted to them.
I have a wide range of management experience including ofsted experience receiving outstanding inspections, staff supervision’s, staff management and much more
My Qualifications
NVQ 2 and 3 in child care,
first aid,
food hygiene,
cos training,
behaviour management training,
Variety of courses in different areas of learning and have successfully completed my SEN training,
designated safeguarding training,
e-safety training
