My Experience
I worked in Kumon for around 5/6 months, once weekly, supporting different students with their education and giving feedback to their parents. When I was 11, I was a teaching assistant at Honey's Dance Academy, where parents dropped their children off with me and I would get their workout done for the main teacher and then she would teach the Choreography. I then had to support and help the ones who were struggling or even losing focus in a manner that would make them want to learn more every week. I have also done volunteer work at the library where I would read books to children or help them find books they are interested in. I have been an Activity Leader at Global Camps last summer holidays as well as this May half-term, looking after kids from the age of 5 up to 12.
